The aim of our quality policy is to support our commitment to both public health and our customers, and to provide a safe working environment for our personnel. It is based on our quality system which meets the requirements of current norms and regulations and is audited frequently by authorities, regulatory bodies and our customers. Over 15% of our personnel work to ensure the system runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Extract from our Corporate Governance As a service provider to the pharmaceutical industry, Quality Assistance works in a highly-regulated normalised area. Since it is a player in the public health sector, its administrators, personnel and partners are committed individually and collectively, within the limits of their competence and the work entrusted to them, to do the necessary to guarantee the quality, safety and efficacy of medicinal products. They recognise they must do their utmost to integrate the following into their daily work : quality, confidentiality, competence, reactivity and communication.
